Elevator;46; Hand Slip for 3.1/2" OD Drill Pipe, Qnty-4 Nos Each Rotary hand slip should be manufactured and monogrammed strictly as per API 7K (latest edition). Each Rotary hand slip should consist of, but not limited to: 1) Rotary hand slip complete with Elastomer Flex handles & inserts for 88.90 mm (3.1/2 inches) OD drill pipe. Hand slip should have an API taper of 4 inch/ft. & suitable for use in 27.1/2 inches Square drive Rotary Table. 2) Minimum Load bearing capacity of the Rotary Hand Slip should be not less than 250 Ton. 3) The supporting slips should have minimum 13.3/4 inches (349.25 mm) gripping length. 4) The slips should be manufactured from high quality alloy steel; fully heat treated and should strictly conform to API 7K (latest edition). 5) The design of the body segment shall provide great strength while minimizing weight for ease of handling. 6) Following information shall be securely stamped / engraved on the Drill pipe Slip body: Manufacturer's Name, Model / Type / Size, Serial Number, Year of Manufacture, API Monogram, Any other relevant technical detail. 7) Extra set of Inserts for each slip - 2 Set (Total 8 Sets) 8) Extra Elastomer Flex Handle for each slip = 2 Numbers (Total = 8 numbers) Handle-Left = 2 nos., Handle-Middle= 3 nos., Handle-Right = 3 nos
