Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF GEMTECH PARAS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITE

Thank you for choosing GeMTech PARAS Solutions Private Limited for your service. Please carefully review our refund policy, as it outlines important information and guidelines regarding your rights and responsibilities as our valued customer.

We strive to provide you with the service or product you purchased from us according to the specified specifications and timelines. However, if for any reason we are unable to deliver the service or product to you, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the delivery of the service or product by GeMTech PARAS Solutions Private Limited or its designated representatives.
  2. Refund requests based solely on a change of mind after payment for a service will not be considered
  3. Customers who withdraw their application due to external factors, such as rejection from the Registrar, QCI, GeM, Trademark office, CDSCO or any other governing body, will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Refunds will not be processed if an application is pending with the relevant government department for an extended period.
  5. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase of a service/product or completion of service/product delivery. If an email or other communication has been sent stating that the work has been completed, a refund will not be considered.
  6. If a client remains unresponsive for more than two months, the order will be considered null and void, and a refund will not be granted.
  7. GeMTech observe a strict “Zero Refund” Policy with its retainership customer who enter into a long term contract of more than 120 days.

Once a refund request is approved by GeMTech PARAS Solutions Private Limited, it will be processed and communicated to you via email. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days and will be credited to your bank account. We assure you that we will handle the refund process with care and expedite the return of your funds.

Disclosure: In addition to the aforementioned rules stated in the service agreement, it is explicitly clarified that for long-term contracts, the terms of the service agreement shall take precedence over any refund policies previously mentioned. Furthermore, it is at the sole discretion of GeMTech whether a refund will be granted or not in such cases.
