(ii) Manipulator Design Shall Be With 3500kgs Payl Oad Capacity Considering Safety Factor. (iii) Manipulator With Electric Drives For Vertical And Rotational Axis. (with Suitable Reduction Geared Motors). Equipped With Brake Motors. (iv) Contactor Based Control System With Isolation Switch And Emergency Buttons On Both Vertical Columns Will Provide Separate Pendant With All Control Buttons For Ease In Operating And Manually Inching Type Operation To Achieve Desired Welding Po Sition.
