The Departmental Assessed Value/advertised Value Has Been Chalked Out Considering At Par With The Basic Cost Of Cpwd-dsr-2021 Items. This Denotes That Escalation Over The Basic Cost Has Been Considered In Firming Up The Assessed Cost For The Instant Tender. 3. For Firming Up The Assessed Cost/advertised Cost Of This Zonal Tender, Contribution Of I) Earth Work- 4% In Chapter No. 2, Ii) Mortar- 2% In Chapter No. 3, Iii) Concrete Work- 4% In Chapter No. 4, Iv) Masonary Work- 4% In Chapter No.6, V) Steel Work- 5% In Chapter No. 10, Vi) Dismantling And Demolishing- 1% In Chapter No.15, Vii) Road Work- 80% Only 4. During Execution, The Respective Schedules From The Above Mentioned Percentage May Be Varied, If Necessary Is Felt, With The Approval Of The Competent Authority.
